Halzband Makes a Splash at the Cedar Bark Festival

Halzband officially opened for business on Saturday, Oct.13th at the annual Cedar Bark Festival at Veterans Memorial Park in Cedar Park, Texas.

That's me, Angelique (aka "Savvy Seamstress"), holding a box of bows. I'm co-owner of Halzband with my husband, Eric (who is behind the camera).

We were so excited to make it out to the bark festival and show off our collars and other products for pets and their owners. We love pets and have two wonderful dogs of our own. You'll hear more about our dogs and other pets in future blog posts that I plan to write.

About me, I've been working in operations roles for ecommerce companies around the Austin area for many years and I've also been crafting for an equally long time. But my dream has been to start my own business and, now with Halzband, that dream has become a reality. My collars are handcrafted right here in Cedar Park!

While at bark fest, we really enjoyed meeting all the people. My husband and I handed out free bow ties and hair bows to the many dogs who visited our booth.

Here a few photos of some of the little cuties who visited us at the Bark Festival.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to see us at the bark fest!
