Shipping policy

At Halzband, shipping is free for orders $12 and more and simply a flat fee of $2 for orders under $12. We do not use any third parties to ship products. Our family ships directly to customers from our own US-based warehouse. We are also committed to ensuring you receive your purchases within 5 to 10 days of placing an order. Orders placed after 2:00PM US Central Time or on US Federal holidays will be considered as placed on the next day. If there will be any issue in our ability to fulfill an order within 10 days, we'll contact you within 48 hours. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and only to customers in the United States and its territories.
