30-Day Return Policy for Refunds and Replacements
At Halzband, we stand behind our products. If you experience a problem with one of our products, our family would like an opportunity to make it right for you. You can reach us at returns@halzband.com to explain the situation. We'll be in touch within 48 hours or sooner. In addition, the following is our general policy for refunds and replacements, but we do take your specific circumstances into consideration. We aim to take care of our customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Return Eligibility
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, then we reserve the right to not offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if any.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including health and personal care items, such as soap.
Steps for Refunds:
If you wish to request a refund for an item, start by sending us an email request to returns@halzband.com. In your email, please explain the reason you would like a refund and describe any problem you have had. If possible, include pictures showing the problem. We will respond with instructions, including where to ship the item.
Once your return is received and inspected and we have verified your purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed based on the amount you were charged for that item when it was sold to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund you were expecting, first double check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It can sometimes take days before a refund is officially posted.

Steps for Replacement
We will replace items if they are defective.
If you need to replace an item for the same item, start by sending us an email request to returns@halzband.com. Please describe the problem you are having. If possible, include pictures showing the problem too. We will respond with instructions, including where to ship the item.
Once your return is received and inspected and we have verified your purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed based on the availability of the item. Replacements can sometimes take up to eight weeks to process, largely depending on if we have to order any materials required to make that item. If a product is no longer available for some reason, then a similar product will be offered instead.
Shipping
To return a product to Halzband, you should first contact returns@halzband.com for shipping details and other instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any non-defective item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
